Isabela State University (ISU) – Cabagan Campus formalized its partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) through the signing of a Deed of Donation for a Shared Service Facility (SSF) on Dairy Processing on April 15, 2026. The facility, equipped with modern dairy processing technologies, aims to enhance local production, support MSMEs, and serve as a hub for training and technology transfer. This initiative strengthens ISU Cabagan’s commitment to research-driven extension services, sustainable enterprise development, and inclusive growth in the agricultural sector.
