The Visit of Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, a Balik Scientist, specialized in GIS, Remote Sensing, Forest Management and other Forestry-related fields at ISU Cabagan campus on September 13, 2019 resulted into an opening of plans and strategies for the capacity-building activities of the college. Dr. Mendoza and company discussed and planned for the possible conduct of trainings, seminars and lectures to the faculty members of the campus particularly the College of Forestry and Environmental Management to capacitate and enhance their knowledge and skills pertaining to the abovementioned fields.
