The Isabela State University conducted the Learning Express (LeX) Program 2026 in partnership with Singapore Polytechnic from March 17–25, 2026, promoting international collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. The program brought together students, faculty, and local communities to develop sustainable solutions through cultural exchange, immersion, and innovation activities, reinforcing ISU’s vision of becoming a SMART Green University.
