The Isabela State University Cabagan Campus holds its first ever Kickoff Program for the class opening of school year 2018-2019, while the Provincial Technical Institute of Agriculture conducted its orientation and welcome program for both first year and fourth year students. The graduate students took the opportunity to beat the deadline of enrollment.
