Three (3) Faculty members of the College of Forestry and Environmental Management (CFEM) headed by the Dean, Dr. Emerson V. Barcellano and the Director of Upland Resource and Development Center (URDC), Dr. Oscar P. Cardenas together with Prof. Bondee L. Peñaflor two (2) Project Staff attended the Inception Meeting of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARD) funded projects in the country on September 8, 2019 at PCAARD Office Los Baños, Laguna. The Team presented the on-going project of CFEM-URDC on Gmelina Plantation located at Cabagan and Mallig, Isabela.
